CYNTHIA WAY covered City Line Avenue walking from the Expressway entrance to Belmont and back, and also wandered through a tiny neighborhood tucked between Belmont, City Line and Conshohocken Avenues. During her trip up City Line Cindy passes Channel 6, which was the only local station to carry footage of Capsule Day on 3 different newscasts, and the old Twelve Caesars. She takes the time out to carefully videotape each Caesar, along with commentary. In video form, for example, you'll note that the Caesar at left is not doing what you think he's doing.
