JENNIFER LYNN provided the only bicycling footage, complementing the volumes of others' car and walking footage. After the proclamation ceremony, she got the biking footage on her way to work at the Greater Philadelphia Food Bank, then filmed the environs of 3rd and Berks streets where the food bank is headquartered. Jennifer spent the end of the day down at the Delaware River, beginning at the Customs House and proceeding up Delaware Avenue to the site of the soon-to-be Hyatt Regency. Along the way she passes and videotapes - but does not mention by name - Pier 34, which would, nine months later, be the site of a tragic collapse.
