MICHAEL HOLLINGER had an appropriate trip for August 23 - he filmed his ride into town on the 23 bus from Chestnut Hill along Germantown Avenue. The 23, which had only recently converted from a historic trolley route, was a little late that day, so Michael got plenty of good footage of the Chestnut Hill train station where he was waiting. Unfortunately, he did not manage to intersect with Market Street footage as planned because the camera's battery ran out just as his bus crossed Broad Street at Erie Ave. If only he had waited to get ON the bus before starting the camera!
