NEIL BENSON covered the general environs of City Hall, ranging from 18th and Chestnut down to 13th and Walnut, along with more thorough coverage of his neighborhood, Mole Street, between 15th and 16th and Cherry and Race streets. Like cdavid hall-cottrill, who used Neil's videocamera for his own project, Neil spent much of his excursion focusing on trash. As did many capsulers, Neil made sure to show the August 23 headline on the front page of various newspapers, but apparently as a point of honor, all the papers in his footage are pulled directly out of the trash.
