VANCE took video and photos on Capsule Day, including the wide-angle video from the top of City Hall tower (immediately after the proclamation ceremony). To the left is one of many shots of the Art Museum that would get taken that day. Afterward, Vance did a 90-minute walking tour of Center City, ranging from 13th Street out to the Schuylkill River. Then later Vance wandered around Independence Mall and its environs, getting the infamous double-play of Scott Johnston and Adam Brodsky within a minute of each other in Washington Square.
